=> Vino Verde Rose is a wonderful change of pace. So refreshing, it is made from red grapes, allowed to macerate just a short amount of time. This limit in skin contact imparts complexity, yet allows the wine to be chilled. A touch of frizzante carbonation makes it fun and very quaffable.
=> A white wine for blind tasting! Yep, we will be testing your skill at blind tasting. Don't be intimidated, blind tasting is one of the best ways to learn about wine. It is a skill only the best sommeliers master, so if you cannot guess the region, or even the continent, don't sweat it. We just want to have a little fun.
=> We are very excited about the zinfandel being poured on 5/27. The label is perfect for Memorial Day. The zinfandel is exceptional and the price fits into everybody's budget. Brimming with raspberry, balsamic reduction, licorice, and a touch of smokiness.
=> Finally, the cabernet sauvignon is as unique as it is generous. Grown by a Marine and vinified by a Marine, a portion of the proceeds go to injured Marines, or the families of Marines who have given the ultimate sacrifice. The wine is oak aged and ripe, with tones of cassis, plum, vanilla, and clove.

Thursday tasting hours are 4:30 to 7:00 pm. Each sample is a one ounce portion to adults 21 and older. Limit four different samples per person.
